 A:  Once you’ve decided on the order, an invoice will be sent that you can pay from directly so your date will be reserved. You pay in full upon receipt of the invoice or the date on  the invoice. 

A: We create and deliver the décor to your event location prior to the event time. Sometimes we deliver and install the day before. It depends on your specific need, accessibility, and timeframe. Once the event is over, we will come back and take the balloon decorations away. This may happen the same day or within 3-5 days depending on the situation, what is agreed upon, scheduling, frames & equipment used, etc. 

A: No, please don’t. We'll take care of everything.

A: It depends. If you want to keep the balloons that are not on our framework, let us know ahead of time. However, anything with our equipment needs to be intact for pick-up. 

A: Air filled balloons for indoor use can last days, weeks, or months depending on their environment. Latex helium balloons will usually last several days. Foil helium balloons will usually last longer. Of course, the larger the balloon… the longer the hang time.

Outdoor balloons are not as fortunate. They are dealing with the wind, weather, heat and the sunshine. The darker colors are the usually the first to go. Being in the shade helps a lot. But outdoor décor to stay outside needs to be installed right before the event. In Texas, in the winter you can most likely get about 5 days (sometimes longer). In the summer, you are looking at maybe 3 days if that. Sometimes they pop right away. You never know, but we will do our best to make them last as long as possible. Of course location plays a big roll in longevity as well.

A: For inside, yes! Serious Balloons adds a special sealant to keep your balloons floating longer. They will be fine.

A: Please be aware that orders will include (where applicable)

The price of the items, delivery, installation, pick-up, tax, and handling.

Occasionally there is an extra charge for expediting, or an extra charge for early morning deliveries or holiday deliveries.

A: We deliver all over. Most of the time it’s in Waxahachie, Midlothian, Maypearl, Red Oak, Hillsboro, Corsicana, Waco, Dallas, Frisco, Fort Worth, Weatherford, Grandbury, Burleson, Alvarado, and these cities surrounding areas. We have even delivered to Oklahoma. If you are in doubt, just give us a call.  

A: We are open by appoinment. We would love to see you and visit with you however because we may be meeting other customers needs, installing balloons, on location, on in a meeting. Please call for an appointment so we can give you our full attention. 214-210-0708
